DRESS CODE

Our dress code is smart casual.

Please refrain from wearing sports clothing or beachwear, including singlets, tank tops and flip-flops.

Please note that Santanera is fully air-conditioned. We reserve the right to refuse entry based on the dress code.

RESERVATIONS

We strive to keep all reservations running on time and will hold your table for 20 minutes.

In case of late arrival or no show, we may cancel or reallocate your reservation.

BRING YOUR OWN

For all reservations, a corkage fee will apply: 250.000++IDR per bottle of wine and 350.000++IDR per bottle of champagne.

Spirit bottles have a corkage fee of 750.000++IDR.

FOOD ALLERGIES & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

We require 24 hours of advance notice for all food allergies and special dietary requirements.

This includes vegetarian, vegan and halal dietaries.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

If you would like to celebrate a special occasion at Santanera, please let us know and we will endeavour to honour your requests.

Please note we require 48 hours of advance notice but cannot guarantee to fulfil your requests at all times.

Balloons and decorations are not permitted.

GROUP SET SHARING MENU

 For group reservations of 10 guests or above a set sharing menu will be required, and a deposit must be paid upfront.

A booking policy will apply for all group reservations, which will be explained in detail by our reservations team when discussing the details of your enquiry.

DEPOSIT POLICY 

A deposit is required at the time of booking of 10 guests or above. The deposit amount will be deducted from your final bill. 

All deposits are non-refundable.

CHILDREN

Our menu is designed for adults and may be unsuitable for young palates.

We do not offer a specific children’s menu and do not provide facilities that cater for babies or small children, such as changing tables.

Children are however welcome at Santanera given that they are seated with adults and behave accordingly.

SMOKING AREA 

The main dining area of the restaurant is non-smoking; however, cigarettes and vaping are permitted in separate open-air areas.
